Erik Emil Eskildsen
Solo - Concert

Erik Emil Eskildsen is a danish experimental guitarist who specializes in improvised music and ambient soundscapes. When performing alone, he uses a combination of his guitar and digital processing, to create instant compositions in the form of evolving textural layers of sound. Using audio effects and live looping, he generates sounds with his guitar, very unlike those normally experienced from such an instrument. He has performed solo and as a member of different formations in Spain, Denmark, Germany, and Austria. His debut "Slow Fire Burning Gently", an album of electronic compositions sourced from guitar improvisations, was released earlier this year on the german label iapetus
